Company Incorporation with Entrepreneur Pass for Foreign Individuals
The Singapore Entrepreneur Pass, which is also known as theĀ Entre pass, is a work visa granted to foreign Entrepreneur, high-grade innovator or a seasoned investor looking to set up a company in Singapore that is venture-backed or possess innovative technologies. The Entrepreneur Pass (EntrePass) is a work visa designed for you if you meet the criteria stipulated on the MOM website.
Following are the steps which Inctro recommends if you wish to incorporate and apply for Entre Pass
- Meet at least one of the criteria listed on MOM website above
- If you need assistance with drafting business plans, Inctro can assist you
- Submit the business plan for approval
Once you have the approval of the EntrePass application from the Ministry of Manpower, Inctro will proceed to incorporate the Singapore Company.

FAQ's
TheĀ EntrePass application will be reviewed by three government bodies
- SPRING Singapore
- Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) and
- National Research Foundation (NRF).
It will usually take about:
- 2 weeks to draft the business plan and prepare the Entrepass application for filing.
- Once filed, it will take authorities about 8 weeks to review the application and notify you of the outcome.
- When approved, the authority will issue In-Principal Approval and allow 6 months to set up the company. You will be required to visit Singapore to collect your EntrePass.
No. You are required to hold at least 30% of Shareholding to apply for Entrepass. You have an alternate option to apply for Employment Pass (EP).
