Singapore Companies Act requires companies to appoint a Singapore resident company secretary to handle on-going statutory compliance matters. Inctro will act as the named Company Secretary for your Company to comply with the Companies Act.

As per the Singapore Companies Act, a new business is required to hire a company secretary within six months of formation.
