Representative Office for Foreign Entities
A foreign company can set up a Representative Office in Singapore if it fulfills the following qualifying conditions:
- The sales turnover of the foreign entity > US$ 250,000;
- The foreign entity must be established for a minimum period of 3 years;
- The proposed number of staff for the RO (Representative Office) should be < 5.
